We (Steve and Lin) moved to The RICE BOX from Weston-Super-Mare. We traded as Ming's in Banwell for 13 years. And before that we were Ming's in Cleeve for 4 years. Hence, we have been in the Chinese take away business for over 20 years. Steve was trained as a roast chef in Hong-Kong. Lin studied at Surrey University and graduated with a degree in Hotel & Catering Administration. Therefore, we are very equipped to deal with all sorts of catering demands.
